All our data is held and stored in paper files. We do not store your personal data in computerised records or format. You have a right to inspect the data we hold about you. If at anytime you wish to do so, you should write to our data protection compliance officer whose details are set out below. If anything in the data is inaccurate or out-of-date, let us know and we will amend our records accordingly.

How do we use your data?

We use your data only to investigate claims we are working on for you. We will not share your data with any third party under any circumstances.  If we believe another product or service that we offer is relevant to your needs we may contact you.

How do we keep your data secure and confidential?

When your case is complete your records are placed in our secure archive. We will destroy your records after a period of six years.
